Thanks for visiting Roots like Oaks! I’m a wife, mother, and occasional blogger. I’ve been married 4 years to the most wonderful man in the world and we are still trying to figure out the whole “grown-up life” thing. We have a beautiful daughter named Charlotte and a doggy named Wendy.

I lead worship for my church and have a continually growing interest in reformed theology. This blog is a place for Gospel application, reflection on books I’m reading, encouragement, and connections.
